Ethics Channel

The actions of TDGI and its employees are guided by the assumption of actions that prioritise the prevention and prohibition of non-compliance practices, such as bribery, corruption or the violation of principles of business ethics, and thus comply with the anti-corruption laws and regulations applicable in the countries where it operates.

On 24/11/2023, by resolution of its Board of Directors, TDGI adopted the Teixeira Duarte, S.A. Irregularities Reporting Policy, which can be consulted on the following Teixeira Duarte, S.A. website.

To this end, the Teixeira Duarte Group has a procedure that establishes how to communicate, control and process complaints received within the corporate structure as a measure to prevent and combat improper practices which, if they so wish, guarantees the anonymity of the complainants. Reports of violations of applicable external and internal rules can be received through the Teixeira Duarte Group’s Whistleblowing Channel and through the following channels:

• Correspondence addressed to the Board of Directors or Supervisory Board of Teixeira Duarte, S.A.;
• Email to compliance@teixeiraduarte.com, with exclusive access for the Ethics Team;
• E-mail to conselhofiscal@teixeiraduarte.com, with exclusive access for members of the Supervisory Board.The Ethics Channel can be used by all employees, customers, suppliers or other stakeholders of the Teixeira Duarte Group companies. If you become aware of an act that you believe does not comply with legal rules or internal regulations, please do not hesitate to report it. Teixeira Duarte guarantees the anonymity of the communications received if the whistleblowers so wish, the absence of any reprisals for whistleblowing in good faith and the protection of the personal data of the whistleblower and the person suspected of committing the offence.
