Quality
The focus on quality and the constant pursuit of high standards of excellence in the services it provides, based on the trust of its customers, led TDGI to invest in the implementation and certification of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 since 2003, as a factor in strengthening and sustaining the business, contributing to the economic pillar, which in turn gives it the capacity and means for other sustainability initiatives.
TDGI, dedicated to providing hard and soft services, has as its fundamental objective ‘INTEGRAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION’, regardless of the area in which customers request our services. The sustained achievement of this and other objectives is the result of constantly incorporating the needs and expectations of different stakeholders, whether they be customers, employees, suppliers, the community, etc.
Environment
The management of environmental aspects at TDGI is directly related to the environmental impacts of its activities and facilities, but also to improving the environmental performance of its customers.
In this context, the sustained development of activities involves compliance with applicable legal requirements and other requirements associated with identified environmental aspects, as well as minimising the environmental impacts resulting from activities in the various business areas.
Since 2006, TDGI has based its practices on ISO 14001, the global benchmark for environmental management systems, with a view to continuously improving its environmental performance, incorporating specific processes to identify and manage key environmental risks.
Health and safety at work
The prevention of damage to health and the reduction of occupational risks in order to minimise the occurrence of accidents at work are understood as intrinsic factors in the activities of the company and all TDGI employees.
The strengthening of the Safety Culture is based on a strategic plan and supported by various health and safety promotion actions in TDGI’s various business sectors.
The occupational health and safety management system enables compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and meets the requirements and expectations of its stakeholders.
The performance of the Occupational Health and Safety system is continuously monitored and aims to achieve objectives set annually by the company, which include targets to be achieved internally as well as by its customers.
The health and safety management system has been aligned with the OHSAS 18001 standard since 2006 and with ISO 45001 since 2020.
