Among the companies assessed by EcoVadis, TDGI ranked in the top 15% and was awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal, recognising its commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.

In order to comply with applicable regulations, Teixeira Duarte, S.A. included in its Management Report for the 2023 financial year – approved at the Annual General Meeting by the shareholders – a separate chapter reporting on Non-Financial Information relating to the activity carried out during that year.
As it was deemed appropriate to publish this report independently under the title ‘Sustainability Report 2023’, Teixeira Duarte, S.A. has prepared this document, which includes the full text of the aforementioned chapter of the 2023 Management Report, as well as the chapter “The Teixeira Duarte Group in 2023 – Profile” from the same Management Report, which provides the context for this separate disclosure.
