Renovation of the thermal power plant of the Tabaqueira headquarters
TDGI, within the scope of its contract for the provision of maintenance services for Tabaqueira’s facilities and equipment, in Albarraque, through its resident management and technical consultancy team, identified an opportunity to improve the facilities. An integrated solution was thus presented, from the design phase and choice of a technical solution, to the integration of equipment into the facilities management system.
The developed solution will allow the client to ensure the thermal comfort of its employees, in a more sustainable way, using more energy-efficient equipment, as well as the implementation of accessories to enhance the plant’s performance, which can be operated remotely via Centralized Technical Management.
The success of this project was based on the collaboration of a multidisciplinary team, which involved several TDGI business sectors – Special Technical Installations department – HVAC, TDGI Industry and SpaceUp – also counting on the support of several external business partners.
